"A pekat has come to the guild in search of help. A market dispute has turned nasty, but pekat must by sacred law remain neutral. The feline kin hopes that, as a fellow neutral party, the guild may be willing to act on her behalf before the trader destroys the tenuous foothold she's managed to stake in the dockside stalls."
📜 Guild Notes:
The pekat in question goes by Thala and runs a modest stall selling dried seagrass and mollusk spools. Not much money in it, but enough to have made a rival angry. The trader she's clashed with has threatened sabotage, and the dockside peacekeepers tend to 'overlook' conflict involving kin.
We were chosen because the Guild isn’t beholden to market politics. Do not escalate. Do not get bribed. And do not, under any circumstances, insult her shellfish.
🎨 Art Challenge:
Your character should be present at Thala’s side: guarding her stall, negotiating with the rival, or intervening in a sabotage attempt. Look into the Pekat trait sheet for traits unique to this race.
Bonus EXP (+200): Include market details unique to Lorewyn: decor, food, signage, or unfamiliar species of trade goods.

"A stretch of ocean long smothered in fog has finally cleared. Shipwrecks that haven’t been visible in decades are now laid bare. A Lorean cartographer is requesting Guild escort to safely chart the area and document any recovered materials before the weather shifts again."

""The fog bank east of Lorewyn has parted for the first time in living memory. Locals say it never burned off, it just sat there. It was certainly unnatural, and maybe protective. The cartographer we’ve worked with before, a man by the name of Gras Varn. He's a good man.
We don’t know what’s out there. Or why the fog vanished."

"The fruit appears large and juicy. Upon asking Beep, she simply grins and says "Try! Find out!" which is either highly concerning or vaguely comforting. We know she would never harm anyone on purpose so the effects are probably funny at worst."

Draw the vine and fruit, or your adventurer discovering its effects.

"I have heard whispers in Q2 Senta District that an underground black market sale will take place in six days. I have gotten you in, but it's up to you from there."
Your job: infiltrate the sale, verify if the heirloom is present, and begin tracing its passage.
This may well be the Guild's last chance to intervene.

A scholar has requested Guild assistance from anyone with sufficient strength, magical ability, or brute stubbornness to clear the blockage.”
📜 Guild Notes:
"The affected pass leads to an older vault segment, long considered obsolete. Recent ichori pulses have made the area unstable. Reports mention flickering lights, unseasonal fungus bloom, and at least one instance of autonomous tool movement.
The scholar requesting aid claims there’s something alive in the blockage. Whether this "something" is a victim of the collapse, or the cause of it, remains unclear."

Depict your character either clearing or preparing to clear the blockage.
+200 EXP Bonus: Include what caused the obstruction. Was it a landslide? A burrowing creature? A magical backfire?

"Lights around Amberwick have been pulsing out of sync with each-other, and residents are concerned something is wrong with the new core. They want an adventurer to come out and make sure the new core isn't an egg like the old one was. They have specified they want Beep to stay... very far away. She is not offended. Someone should still go check it out."

"A new bioluminescent strain has appeared in the lower caverns. It is not tied to ichori flow, fungal networks, or known alchemical reactions. It reacts to proximity, not touch. The request is cautious: identify it, determine if it’s watching, and decide whether Amberwick needs to learn to live with it rather than remove it."
📜 Guild Notes:
You are tasked with entering the lower chambers where the bioluminescent network flows. Many of the light-spines have grown erratic, feeding off emotional discharge instead of structured ichori. Disruption appears to correlate with memory flares and spectral echoes.
Do not attempt to extinguish lights directly, as this often causes retaliation and even injury.

Depict your adventurer navigating a crumbling or overlit space.
The light reacts emotionally. Is your adventurer afraid? Angry? Desperate?
200 Bonus EXP if their reflection in glass or crystal shows a different expression than their own.

"An elderly lady lives on the edge of town and has put up a posting for groceries of all things! Normally, the guild wouldn't entertain such a request, but what the woman is looking for may actually prove rather difficult.
She needs a particular root that grows only in a grove a bit north of town. It'll take a keen eye and a patient hand to retrieve the root, and it has to be done by someone strong enough to fend for themselves against some of the creatures between town and the grove."

Please be advised that this root is a particular favorite of several forest beasts, and nearing the root may prove hazardous.

✔ Depict the creature’s attack or defense—Is it lunging? Coiling in the darkness? Using supernatural abilities?
